You are the on-site IT contact for the Vienna location of an international company.

Your tasks
- 2nd line support at the client site
- Windows 11, Microsoft 365, laptops, printers, mobile devices
- Entra ID, Intune and Active Directory
- Tickets owned through to resolution, properly documented
What you bring
- HTL diploma or a comparable qualification
- Fluent German, good English
- Confident, friendly manner with users
- Enthusiasm for professional IT
Pay
From € 1,358 gross per month, paid 14 times a year, under the Austrian IT collective agreement for 16 hours per week.
